Urgent requirements for Account Payable Helpdesk

Designation: Analyst

Job Description :

Handle, research and resolve phone and email enquiries from AXP employees / suppliers related to procurement.

Liaise with different teams within procure to pay and provide assistance to AXP employees/ Suppliers on their queries.

Document and update customer contacts and customer issues in the Ticket Tracking system and complete any follow-up work.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years+ experience in handling inbound international calls – Customer Service only.

Excellent executive presence with strong communications skills including presentation, verbal and written communication, fluency in English a must

Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zone), groups, and business environment.

Demonstrated ability towards troubleshooting and query resolutions.

Must be detail oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Candidate must have strong Analytical skills.

Ability to prioritize work based on a broad understanding of project needs and goals.

Knowledge of procurement, and accounts payable/accountancy related terms will be preferred.
